Nice place

The food and hygiene

Room was good and acceptable clean. Nice view to the beach and close by Puput historical site. The hotel has direct access to the beach (300m walk under trees shadow) and it's kept clean. Breakfast was OK, with some fruits and variety of pastries.

AC in the rooms didn't work, so it was hard to sleep. We request a fan but they didn't provide any. The pool isn't big. It was OK because the hotel wasn't full... but will be too crowded if the hotel was working in full capacity.

Nothing at all

The stuff are very rude and unwelcoming. One of the waiters actually yelled at a guest in the restaurant. The food is very very limited with no options and the cups and dishes broken. The rooms didn’t have any towels, shampoo nor body wash and we were ignored when we asked for them and the shower was broken. I left my personal towel at the pool and it was stolen and the stuff weren’t helpful at all especially the people in the reception. It’s the worst experience I ever experienced at a hotel. The worst hotel and it’s nothing like the pictures.

Un hôtel n’est pas mal pas plus

Le prix , j’ai payé 612€ et d’autres clients payé moins cher ils ont eu plus d’avantages à part la bouffe ,je dois payé l’eau,le café ,le thé etc …j’ai discuté avec le directeur ,il m’a confirmé que Booking qui a touché 1/3 de la somme157€ c’est pour ça mes séjours ne sont pas à la catégorie demande ,j’espère que Booking voir avec l’hôtel Nesrine sur l’affaire . Merci

L'animation, le manque de propreté, le manque de loisirs, la cuisine.

Il faut absolument changer les oreillers, plus aucune forme et en boule, j'en ai mal à la nuque. Pas d'animation potable le soir. La plage était propre Des vieux transats Le personnel sur la plage est vraiment très gentil et serviable

Le barman de la piscine, un vieux monsieur pas aimable et grincheux, répond sèchement à nos questions, je n'y suis pas retourné. L'hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles, 3 tout au plus.

L'hotel è carino, abbastanza grande, dispone di un bel centro estetico e una piscina abbastanza grande. Anche il ristorante è grande. Il mare dista qualche minuto a piedi, camminando sempre all'interno della struttura, la spiaggia è molto grande, c'è anche un bar e delle docce. La camera è carina, la mia aveva un balcone con vista giardino. Quello che più mi è piaciuto è il personale: gentilissimo, accogliente, disponibile, sembrava di stare a casa. Dopo 5 giorni tutti ormai conoscevano me e mia figlia, ed ogni tanto mi permettevano di lasciarla alla reception mentre ero alla spa. Mia figlia è una bambina tranquilla ma loro sono stati gentilissimi a darle un'occhiata mentre io ero via. Sempre gentili e col sorriso, top!

Purtroppo la stanza è un po' datata, l'arredamento andrebbe rimodernato. Non potevo caricare il telefono vicino al letto, c'erano pochissime prese e poco raggiungibili. L'acqua della doccia era leggermente salata, almeno il sapore, ma non la sentivo appiccicosa addosso. Purtroppo era pieno di formiche soprattutto nella doccia e vicino al lavandino, e la cosa mi ha messo molto a disagio. La donna che si occupava di pulire le camere faceva del suo meglio, ho visto con i miei occhi che puliva come fosse casa sua, ma le formiche c'erano sempre (non dipendeva di certo da lei). A parte questo sentivo di stare in una camera pulita, le lenzuola le cambiava giornalmente e mi dava asciugamani caldi e puliti. Gentilissima come il resto del personale. Spero che rimodernino le camere e la struttura in generale, l'hotel ne gioverebbe assolutamente, perché non è male, ha un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo!
